UPMRC invites e-tenders for Kanpur Metro Rail Project

Kanpur, India (Metro Rail Today): Uttar Pradesh Metro Rail Corporation (UPMRC) invites open e-tenders to construct elevated viaduct and 5 Nos. Elevated station including Architectural Finishing, E&M work and particular span from the end of ramp (after Transport Nagar Station) to Naubasta Station on Corridor-1 of Kanpur Mass Rapid Transit System. The name of the Stations are  Baradevi Station, Kidwai Nagar Station, Vasant Vihar Station, Baudh Nagar Station & Naubasta Station.

The completion period of the Work: 30 months

Kanpur recently received its first set of train from savli Manufacturing Factory. The coaches are currently being tested in polytechnic. The new metro trains will benefit around 5 million citizens of both the cities. The overall project will significantly contribute towards the socio-economic development of the region.
